Specific Printer Notes, Fujitsu

This document contains notes about using Fujitsu printers with NewDeal software

Note: You must have NewDeal software to use NewDeal print drivers. NewDeal print drivers will not work with other Windows, OS/2, or DOS programs.

Fujitsu DL 1100

Fujitsu dot matrix printers such as the DL 1100 apparently will emulate Epson and IBM printers but also have a "native" Fujitsu mode. We do not support this mode in any of our current drivers. There is no disadvantage in quality in using one of the emulation modes.

Fujitsu DL 900

The Fujitsu DL 900 works fine with the Epson LQ-2500 driver.

Fujitsu DL 3300

A user reports that Fujitsu DL3300 printer works using our Fujitsu DL3400 print driver. However, the printer forces a form feed when the print head reaches within ½ inch or so of the edge of the paper.

Fujitsu DL 3400

If you have trouble printing with a Fujitsu DL3400 printer, try the driver for the EPSON LQ-1000.
