Specific Printer Notes, DEC

This document contains notes about using DEC printers with NewDeal software

Note: You must have NewDeal software to use NewDeal print drivers. NewDeal print drivers will not work with other Windows, OS/2, or DOS programs.

All DEC printers

Digital has a line of printers, including the "Digital LA75 Companion Printer." To make these printers work, you must depress or turn on the "Other" button (available on the front panel) and use the IBM Proprinter driver. The Digital DECwriter 95 is reported to work well with NewDeal software.
